POLYAS extends its Service

With its Live Voting and Online Voting products, POLYAS helps many people to carry out their elections virtually and securely. We are increasingly receiving inquiries from customers who want help when holding a virtual meeting—even outside of business hours. That is why we have now expanded our range of services.

Service for your online voting in the evenings and at weekends

The online elections and live voting from POLYAS can be implemented using our Self-Service. The election officers organize the digital elections and voting via the POLYAS Online Voting Manager by themselves and, in the case of a Live Voting, they conduct the event using the Liev Voting Cockpit on the actual day of the virtual meeting. In the case of online voting, there is no need for active guidance by the election officer. More information about the differences between the two products is available on our website. Some organizations would like further support for additional assurance during the online or live voting period, so that they can concentrate fully on the subject matter.

Our extended service includes, among other things, telephone support during and outside of POLYAS business hours (Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CET)).

Prices for our extended service

Further Self-Service support options include:

  • Consultation hours: If required, our Self-Service offers you consultation hours via video conference or telephone at EUR 119 plus VAT per hour or part thereof during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET). We can use this to clarify your individual issues and respond to your particular requirements.
  • Live Support: 
    • The availability of our Support line during your Online Voting or your Live Voting costs EUR 119 plus VAT per hour or part thereof during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET).
    • Outside of our business hours on weekdays, this service costs EUR 150 plus VAT per hour or part thereof.
    • Live Support outside of business hours on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays costs 187 EUR plus VAT per hour or part thereof.
  • Active support with the setup: If you are looking for active support and you would like us to handle steps involved in setting up your project, this is available as a part of our full service BASIC package at a price of EUR 476 plus VAT.

Please note the following important information about the extended support options in our Self-Service: 
These support options depend on our availability at the time and must be approved in advance by contacting our Support via support@polyas.de. The costs are added to your project as a separate item in advance or, if no project with POLYAS comes about, these will be billed individually.
