View the voter turnout during an election

Even during the election process you can see the voter turnout in POLYAS online voting manager and check the correctness of email dispatch. See which voters have cast their votes and access the numbers just with a few clicks.
Access your election
After your election has started, click on the Menu symbol in online voting manager in the top left. In the open page list click on “My elections”. Click on the respective ongoing election and see its voter turnout.

Click on the “Turnout” in the navigation tab to see the actual state of the voter turnout and get the overview of your election, including the number of ballots and voters with absolute and percentage turnout.
Electoral roll after the start of the election
You can find detailed information on the status of individual eligible voters in the “eligible voters” tab of the POLYAS Online Voting Manger. On the right side of the table you find different pieces of information:
Status of email delivery: Here you find information regarding the status of the voting invitations sent by email. A green check means that the invitation has been successfully sent.
Voting status: A green check appears for the eligible voters who have already cast their vote.
You can also filter the entries of the electoral register for a specific overview. Via the hamburger icon you can for instance see for which eligible voters the delivery of the invitation has been successful and who have already cast their votes.
The information about the turnout is also saved in the Excel export of your electoral register. Simply click on the gear icon in the “eligible voters” tab to obtain the export.
