CORE 2.5 vs. CORE 3
We offer you two voting systems to choose from: “Certified” and “Verifiable”.
If you choose our certified voting system, you will be voting with POLYAS CORE 2.5 software – our reliable, long-standing solution that has been certified by the BSI for more than eight years. Our certificate is valid until the summer of 2026.
With the verified voting system, on the other hand, you can rely on our latest software, POLYAS CORE 3, which provides you with the latest online voting technology and makes your election results independently verifiable. CORE 3 is currently undergoing certification. We expect to receive the certificate in 2026. However, we already meet the BSI’s verifiability requirements today.
When making your choice, you should only rely on software vendors that are willing to undergo government audits by the central IT security authority in Germany.
