Data Backup

Data backups involves the production of (one or more) copies of data for the purpose of safe-guarding it against data loss. Data backups can take different forms. The simplest way to backup your data is by producing a secure copy on an external storage medium (e.g. an external hard-drive). Further examples of types of data backups are online backups or using a redundant server with mirrored drives.
